Our project, co-funded by the National Agency of the Erasmus+ Program, is a step towards preparing youth for the digital era. 🎯 The project's goal is clear: 🔹 Updating and adapting vocational education in Poland to meet the needs of today's job market. How will we achieve this? Through: ➡️ Collaboration with an international team of experts. ➡️ Professional development of educational staff. ➡️ Development of materials and analyses related to digital competencies and Industry 4.0. ➡️ Involvement of external institutions and employers. ➡️ Defining "competencies of the future."
